WEEKLY SHEEP CHECK TERM 4 2011
On this page is a brief outline of how you should set up your Principal Sheep Page, regarding Weekly Sheep Check. You will need to do the following
  1. Create a New Page and label it your Principals Sheep's Name
  2. Give it a Heading, and add in all general information, DOB etc, (this can be found on the Individual Head Analysis Sheets.
  3. Create a Table that looks like what is displayed below.
  4. Note that all Sheep will be weighed on Week 1, and then from then on all Rams will be weight on even weeks and all ewes on odd weeks. Lambs will be weighed every week.
  5. You must include the following in your table and comments section, your comment each week should be at least 10 words describing the health of your sheep at the current time.
  • Health
  • Maintenance; Parring/Crutching
  • Weights (when applicable)
  • Condition Score
  • Coat Check (if applicable)
NOTE: If you completed a digital copy of your 2011 Individual Head Analysis (September) please attach it to your page as a pdf document.
NOTE: You will continue to use this page if you have the same principal Sheep next year, also eventually Individual Head Analysis (Oct-Nov) will have to be published on your Principal Sheep's Page.
NOTE: You must place your name on the page
NOTE: If you have more than one principal Sheep you will need to create a page for each sheep you are principal of, if you have more than two only create pages for animals that are currently being shown.
Please ensure that by the end of Friday of each week of Term 4 your section regarding your principal Sheep is filled out. If you have any questions please contact your Stud Master.
